Attention of using full automatic rebar end upset forging machine

1. After the arrival of machine, open plywood case and install horizontally, add 120kgs of 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil.

2. Power line: Power according to the national standard three-phase four-wire system (25mm2), pay attention to the reliability of "PE" line (ground line) connection.

Power requires 380v ± 10%, 50HZ ± 2%, if voltage in your sites is unstable, should configure Voltage Stabilizer, otherwise it will cause a malfunction of electrical systems of machine.

3. Clean the appearance of the machine body, track, head, clamping mechanism and oil tank etc.

4. Turn on power: before turn on power, should carefully check each operation button, whether the circuit breaker is in a closed position, after confirmation, and then supply the power.

5. Check rotation direction of oil pump motor

Press button “oil pump opened” to check rotation direction, the right direction has been marked on oil pump, and the rotation should be light and no noise. If rotation direction is not right, pls connect wire again.
